Acquisitions During Ownership
IRSG (2000): Original platform investment in a manufacturer of hanger management and backroom storage products for apparel retailers. After 11 years of ownership, IRSG was divested in September 2011.

MMI Med Carts (2008): Acquisition of a family-owned leading manufacturer of medication carts for the long-term care industry, giving IRSG an entry into the healthcare industry. The combined business was renamed Capsa Solutions.

Artromick International (2009): Acquisition of the market leader in medication carts for the long term care industry, as well as an emerging leader in mobile computing / technology carts supplied to the acute care industry.

Ergonomic products, including headwalls, arms, workstations, and other durable goods supplied to healthcare end markets
